Panorama

Description

This was very helpful. I had done one of these before, but settled for slight diffences in exposure. With a little more practice, this will be great. I needed to select the sky and adjust the levels separately, because the hills would get too dark, and the sky would still need more darkening.

Thanks.

hey John, I just have one question regarding this photograph. How Is it done? This is really cool... I've seen some picture like these before. Your picture some how caught my eye. If u dont mind me saying, u can try clicking this same picture with overcast conditions it'll have some more depth in it.

Hello Sandeep. Thank you for your comments. I'll try this photo under different conditions. To take the picture and turn it into a panorama, I followed Lewis' instructions to a T. I only added one thing. I noticed that when I adjusted the levels, different parts of the image (mostly the sky vs the lower part of the picture) had different needs. Adjusting them together showed the seams too much. So I created a selection of the sky and did the levels separately for the upper and lower parts. #1101856
